Bible Reading Plan

Bible Reading Plan

Every year, it is our goal and passion to read the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation. This springs from our belief that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and as such it is the will of God for our lives. The Bible is a book in which God has plainly revealed Himself such that there is no other way of knowing who God is but through the Bible. In that sense, the more you know about the Bible, the more you know about God. The mistake that most people make is to read the Bible as a Kangaroo, that is, jumping from one text or book of the Bible or chapter to another. By doing so, people end up with a very confusing image of what its message is. Consequence, people are frustrated with what the Bible says and eventually with God Himself.

The Bible is pretty much like a love story or a movie. Catching it in the middle can lead to frustration or misinterpretation. It makes more sense and its message comes altogether when you read it from the beginning to the end. What is even more amazing about the Bible is that it was written by over 40 authors over a period of time spanning a millennium, yet when put together, it formed a beautiful and unique piece of literature that speaks of the extravagant love of God for you that will never leave you indifferent. We are challenging you to immerse yourself in it and taste it for yourself.

If you are a Christian, reading the entire Bible will enrich your life beyond what you can possibly imagine. I dare you to start today.
